Ebor Beef employs a Marketing Services Consultant to deliver superior marketing information through personal contact and comprehensive weekly reports. Cattle can be sold direct to Processors and feedlots, through local saleyards and AuctionsPlus, and between Producers. 

A small established group of members see their cattle through to the final branded product, sold locally to restaurants and butchers.
