During most weeks of the year the Marketing Consultant assesses and lists members’ cattle on the Eastern States AuctionsPlus™ Sale. Information for the Sales is found on the members’ weekly Market Sheet and is also sent out to all the NSW Stock & Station Agents as a PDF Advert.

Bull Sales and catalogues

During the year some Ebor Beef members present on-property bull sales. Closer to the sale date the Sales Catalogues are available to download here.

AGM & Annual Dinner

Towards the end of each year the Ebor Beef members meet for the AGM and Annual dinner.

2026 AGM & Annual Dinner Each member is entitled to two free tickets per membership.
Additional tickets can be purchased for $/head.  Ticket includes a delicious two-course dinner.
